摘　　要：阐述了我国南方集体林区林地产权历史变迁的概况及其存在的问题,并对极具中国特色的家庭联产承包制度进行了重点分析,同时指出了20世纪90年代以来兴起的股份合作制作为一种较为有效的制度创新,依然存在的缺陷。最后给出了深化改革的思路。Based on the summary and analysis on the problems of historical changes of property right system of collective woodlands in southern China, household contract responsibility system was focused on. As an effective institutional innovation, stock cooperation system boomed in 1990＇s had some faults. Finally, the thought of reform is pointed out in this paper.
