益气通阳化痰方对离体家兔肝细胞PPARα mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气通阳化痰方对离体家兔肝细胞PPARα mRNA表达的影响,探讨其治疗高脂血症、冠心病的机理。方法:以离体培养正常日本大耳白兔肝细胞为研究对象,采用血清药理学方法,分益气通阳化痰方为治疗组,脂必妥片对照治疗组,研究益气通阳化痰方对离体家兔肝细胞PPARα mRNA表达的影响。结果:益气通阳化痰方能增加正常日本大耳白兔肝细胞PPARα mRNA的表达。结论:益气通阳化痰方促进PPARα mRNA表达可能是临床治疗高脂血症、冠心病的重要机制之一。Objective.. To observe the effect of Yiqitongyanghuatan Recipe on Rabbits Liver Cell in vitro PPARα mRNA expression and probe into the mechanism of treating hyperlipemia syndrome and coronary heart disease. Methods： Rabbits Liver Cells in vitro were chosen to the study object and divided into four groups： the normal group, the model group, Yiqitongyanghuatan Recipe treatment group and Zhibituo patch treatment group. The experimental method is The serum pharmacology. Result： Expression of Rabbits Liver Cell in vitro PPARct mRNA in the model group was decreased, Yiqitongyanghuatan Recipe can increase the expression of Rabbits Liver Cell in vitro PPARct mRNA. Conclusion It is likely to be one of the important mechanism for treating hyperlipemia syndrome and coronary heart disease.
