电针“内关”对充血性心力衰竭大鼠AngⅡ,ET,CGRP影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针“内关”治疗充血性心力衰竭大鼠(CHF)血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ),内皮素(ET),降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的变化,并与西药卡托普利进行疗效比较,从神经体液调节角度分析针刺抗CHF的作用机制。方法:复制CHF大鼠模型,电针“内关”穴治疗及卡托普利灌胃治疗两周后,用放射免疫法测定模型大鼠血浆中AngⅡ,ET,CGRP含量。结果:电针“内关”和卡托普利灌胃治疗均可明显降低模型大鼠中AngⅡ和ET的含量(P<0.05),显著升高CGRP含量(P<0.05)。两种治疗方法对AngⅡ,ET,CGRP含量的影响差异不显著。结论:电针“内关”能显著降低充血性心力衰竭大鼠模型AngⅡ,ET含量,而升高CGRP含量,而电针“内关”治疗与卡托普利治疗效果无显著差异(P>0.05),可一定程度替代或作为西药治疗的有益补充,神经体液调节可能是其发挥治疗作用的机制之一。Objective： To observe the content changes of Ang Ⅱ, ET , CGRP after electroacupuncture congestive heart failure （CHF） rats modle in ＂Neiguan＂ （PC6） . And compare the curative effect with notability. Analysis the effect mechanism of electroacupuncture in CHF model from point of view of nerve and body fluid. Method： Half ligate upper kidney abdominal aorta to coppy the CHF rats model, after cure these models by electroacupuncture in ＂Neiguan＂ （PC6） or treated with captopril for two weeks, tested the content of Ang Ⅱ, ET, CGRP in plasma by radioimmunity method. Results： Electroacupuncture can notability debase the content of Ang Ⅱ and ET of model rats （P 〈0.01）, and can notability hoist the content of CGRP of model rats （P 〈0. 01） . But there are no notability difference between the electroacupuncture cure effect and eaptopril curative effect. Conclution： Electroacupuncture can notability debase the content of Ang Ⅱ and ET of model rats, and can notability hoist the content of CGRP of model rats , its curative effect is similar with captopril , and can partly substitute captopril or be an additive cure method of western medicine. Nerve and body fluid adjust may be one of the cure effect mechanism.
