摘　　要：贷款条件与资助范围的界定、贷款规模与资助类型的设计是国家助学贷款资助政策的重要内容。从我国的具体实际出发,国家助学贷款条件与资助范围的界定可以折中考虑,既要有经济状况调查等一般规定,又要简化诸如学业要求等繁琐的规定。从资助类型的角度而言,我国宜实行包括学费和生活费在内的综合性的维持型国家助学贷款资助政策,并适时调整和提高贷款限额,以便适当地加大其资助力度和提高其有效程度。It is the important contents of the aid policy of National Student Loans for the determination of the qualification and the limits of loan, and so is the design of the limits of loan and the aid types too. According to chinese actual conditions, the determination of the qualification and the limits of National Student Loans can be considered by compromise, both the general reqirements and the complicated reqirements can be inconcluded in. What＇ s more, the amount of tuition fees and living expense being rasied timely should be inconcluded in the aid policy for students so as to improve it＇ s dynamics and efficiency.
