摘　　要：从经济崛起、政治发展、文化建设和社会发展的视角分析了构建和谐社会与实现中原崛起的关系,指出:构建和谐社会与实现中原崛起是有机统一的,二者内在统一于河南社会主义现代化建设事业的伟大实践之中,都是河南社会主义现代化建设事业总体布局和奋斗目标的重要组成部分。From the view of economic, political, cultural and social construction, this thesis analyses the relationship between the construction of a harmonious society in Central Plains and realizing the rise of Central Plains. The construction of a harmonious society in Central Plains and realizing the rise of Central Plains are united inherently into Henan＇s socialist modernization cause, and both of them are parts of general layout and objectives of Henan＇s socialist modernization construction cause.
