杭州市区学龄前儿童蛲虫感染情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解杭州市区学龄前儿童蛲虫感染现状,为蛲虫病的防治提供可靠依据。方法对杭州市区14所幼儿园及来本校附属医院儿科就诊的部分3-6岁共1932名学龄前儿童,采用透明胶纸肛拭法进行蛲虫感染的检查。结果1932名儿童蛲虫总感染率为4.35%,男童4.60%,女童4.02%,男、女童感染率无显著性差异(P>0.05);本组5-6岁年龄段儿童的感染率(6.32%)高于4-5岁(3.14%)及3-4岁(3.03%),不同年龄段蛲虫感染率经统计差异有显著性(P<0.05)。儿童每天清洗会阴部并换内裤者感染率为3.06%,多天清洗会阴部并换内裤者感染率为8.08%,两者感染率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论杭州市学龄前儿童蛲虫总感染率为4.35%,年龄、卫生习惯的好坏与蛲虫感染率的高低密切相关。Objective To investigate the infectious status of pinworm in preschool children in Hangzhou, and to provide a solid basis for childg health care and the prevention of enterobiasis. Methods By the method of adhesive tape wiping, pinworms were detected under light microscope in 1932 preschool children whose ages were from 3 to 6 years old. Survey by questionnaires was carried out at same time. Results The overall infection rate of pinworm was 4.35%. Their was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05） in the infection rate between boys（4.60% ） and girls （4.02%）. The infection rate in the group whose ages were from 5 to 6 years old （6.32%） was much higher than that in the group whose ages were from 4 to 5 years old（3.14% ）and that in the group whose ages were from 3 to 4 years old（3.03% ）. The survey showed there was transparent difference（ P 〈 0. 05） of the infection rate between children who changed underwears and washed once per day （3.06%） and those who did once in a couple of days（8.08% ）. Conclusion The total infection rate of in preschool children in Hangzhou was 4.35%. The infection rate of pinworm is relative to sanitary habits greatly.
