摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,国际贸易以及国际资本流动的规模和形式不断增加,技术的广泛而迅速扩散,使产业资源的国际流动速率加快,融合程度加深,关联效应加大,从而导致产业结构呈现出了新的演进趋势,主要表现为产业结构软化、产业结构知识化、产业结构高加工度和高附加值化以及产业转移国际化。Under the background of economical globalization, the scale and the form of international trade as well as the international capital unceasingly increase. Because of the widespread technology, the international flow rate of industrial resources speeds up, and the integration degree deepens, and the connection effect enlarges. All of these lead to a new trend of the revolution of the industrial structure. This is expressed in the form of？ the softening of industrial Structure, knowledgeization of industrial structure, industrial structure being highly orocessed and with high additional value, and the international transfer of industries.
