摘  要:采用FLUENT6.2软件和湍流模型对气流通过折边固定阀塔板气相流场进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果与通过热线风速仪的测定结果进行对比。模拟结果表明,Realizablek-ε模型适合用于折边固定阀塔板气相流场的三维数值模拟;气流穿过折边固定阀形成带有旋涡的流场,折边固定阀附近形成的气流旋涡中的气液不能及时更新,因此对传质不利,气流旋涡面积与非旋涡面积相当,影响了塔板的传质效率;折边固定阀之间的气流旋涡面积可通过优化阀间距而减小。Gas flow field on folded -downward edge fixed valve tray was simulated by turbulence models and FLUENT 6. 2 software. Result calculated by Realizable k - ε model is reasonably in agreement with data measured by hot - wire anemometer, which showed that Realizable k - ε model is suitable for three - dimensional numerical simulation of gas flow field on the tray. The gas going through the fixed valve forms complicated three -dimensional flow field with eddy on the tray. Near the fixed valve, gas -liquid mass transfer in eddy can not be carried out efficiently and in time. The eddy area is nearly equal to the non - eddy area, which decreases tray efficiency. The size of eddy can be reduced by optimizing distance between adjacent fixed valves.
