摘  要:目的:了解我院临床分离病原菌的耐药性变化,为我院制订对策以及指导临床用药提供参考。方法:将我院1999年1月~2005年11月7年间临床分离的病原菌采用纸片琼脂扩散法进行药敏试验,以WHONET5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果:我院从临床共分离出病原菌3027株,其中革兰阴性菌占72%,革兰阳性菌占13%,真菌占15%。大肠埃希菌占我院病原菌的首位,其次为铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌。除万古霉素对革兰阳性球菌和亚胺培南对革兰阴性杆菌耐药率很低外,其它病原菌对所监测的抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药。结论:病原菌的耐药情况较严重,应采取切实有效的措施,以减缓耐药菌的产生和蔓延。OBJECTIVE: To investigate drug resistance dynamics of clinical isolated bacteria and provide reference for clinical treatment and infection control in our hospital. METHODS: Bacterial drug susceptibility of the clinical isolated strain was tested by Kirby-Bauer method and WHONET5.3 software was applied for statistic analysis. RESULTS: A total of 3 027 pathogens were isolated.Among them, Gram- negative bacilli accounted for 72%, Gram- positive cocci 13%, Fungi 15% .The main pathogens were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candidan albicans in this order.The highest susceptible to Gram-positive was vancomycin and to Gram- negative was imipenem .The susceptibility of the other antibacterials decreased in various degrees.CONCLUSIONS: Drug resistance of pathogen bacteria is a serious problem.The medical staff should take effective measures to prevent the generation and spread of drug- resisstance bacteria.
