广州地区36家医院2003～2005年降糖药利用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广州地区降糖药的应用情况及趋势。方法:将用药频度和药物利用指数(DUI)作为判断药物利用情况指标,对广州地区36家医院2003～2005年降糖药的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:2004年、2005年降糖药销售金额增长率分别为—25.60%、45.86%;主要降糖药有15种,其中口服剂11种,注射剂4种;除瑞格列奈和格列美脲的DUI略>1外,其它降糖药的DUI均≤1。结论:广州地区降糖药应用基本合理,药物联合应用存在少数不合理情况,临床应重视。OBJECTIVE： To study the current status and future trend of hypoglycemics utilization in 36 hospitals of Guangzhou.METHODS： Consumption of hypoglycemics in 36 hospitals of Guangzhou from 2003--2005 was audited and analyzed in terms of DDDs and DUI.RESULTS： Sales of hypoglycemics in Guangzhou decreased --25.60% in 2004, and grew 45.86% in 2005. There were 15 main hypoglycemic agents available,including 11 oral agents and 4 injection formulations.The DUI（drug use index） of all drugs was ≤1,except for Repaglinide and Glibenclamide whose DUI was slightly 〉1.CONCLUSION：The use of hypoglycemics in Guangzhou is basically in line with the rational level,except for few cases in improper use of combination therapies.
