我院2005～2006年门、急诊抗菌药物不合理处方分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院门、急诊抗菌药物不合理应用情况。方法:随机抽取我院2005～2006年门、急诊处方,根据临床药理学知识及文献资料,对不合理应用抗菌药物的处方进行分类、统计与分析。结果:共审核处方45203张,其中抗生素处方10752张,不合理用药处方1763张,分别在溶媒应用、给药方案、药理作用及合并用药等方面存在问题。结论:我院门、急诊抗菌药物应用情况基本合理,但仍存在问题,需进一步改善与提高。OBJECTIVE： To understand the situation of irrational antibiotics prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital .METHODS： Prescriptions from outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital were randomly selected, and irrational antibiotics prescriptions were sorted, audited and analyzed as per related pharmacological knowledge and literature, RESULTS：A total of 45 203 prescriptions were analyzed,including 10 752 antibiotics prescriptions. 1 763 irrational prescriptions were spotted, with problems in use of solvent, drug regimen, pharmacological activity and combination use. CONCLUSIONS：The use of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital is basically rational. But some problems remain there,which requires further improvement.
