摘　　要：目的:探讨普鲁卡因加复方丹参治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)伴腹痛的疗效。方法:将35例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组加用普鲁卡因复方丹参治疗,对照组常规治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组腹痛缓解、消失时间、平均住院天数比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01,0.05)。结论:普鲁卡因加复方丹参治疗过敏性紫癜伴腹痛疗效显著。Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of procaine plus compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura （HSP） associated with stomachache. Method： 35 cases of Pedo-HSP were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with the compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection in addition to the routine treatment and the controlled group received the routine treatment only. Result： The time of relief and disappearance of stomachache and average days were much shorter in the experimental group than in the controlled group （p 〈 0.01 0.05）. Conclusion： This method has some significant effect on pedo-HSP associated with stomachache.
