摘 要:结合嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,设计了应用于临床上的高精度人体输液控制系统;该系统以ATmega128为主控制器,利用控制器片内的模数转换器,完成了输液管路压力、气泡以及温度信号的采集和处理,同时实时显示系统运行信息,体现了嵌入式系统的特点,实现了智能输液系统的功能要求;实际应用表明,该系统的输液精度能完全满足临床应用的需要,解决了普通输液方法精度不高、不安全的问题,对其他控制系统的设计有一定的参考价值。Combined with embedded real time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ , a high-accuracy human body infusion control system applied in clinic was designed. The system took ATmega128 as a main controller. It implemented the data acquisition and handle of pipe pres- sure, bubble and temperature using the ADC in the main controller and displayed the running information of system at the same time, which incarnated the features of embedded system and achieved the functions of the intelligent infusion system. Physical application showed that the infusion precision of the system can completely satisfy the requirements in clinical application and resolve the low precision and insecurity problems of common infusion method, which had certain reference value to other designs of control system.
