摘　　要：智能脱扣器是电力系统中新一代开关设备的智能监控单元;从保证电力系统安全生产的角度,深入分析了智能脱扣器的准确性、实时性、稳定性等关键技术,并给出了解决方案;介绍了一款用PIC16F87X开发的智能脱扣器的设计方案,研制并实现了具有模块化、通用性强,集测量、监视、保护、控制、通信为一体的高性价比新型智能脱扣器;详细地介绍了其硬件结构和软件流程,最后给出了测试数据;实践表明,此款智能脱扣器性能好,性价比高,在实际的生产应用中取得了良好的效果。Intelligent releaser is an intelligent controlling and monitoring unit of the new generation switchgears. Based on practical production and application, the key technologies, such as release＇s veracity, real time, stability are analyzed seriously, and the solution is given. A design of intelligent releaser, which has adopted PIC16F87X is introduced with the advantages such as moduparization, strong currency characteristics, and integrating the functions of measurement, watching, protection, control and communication. The software and hardware designs of the releaser are detailed introduced, and the testing data is given in the end. It has been proved that this kind of intelligent releaser is of good performance and inexpensive and very effective in production field.
