摘 要:目的探讨黄芪颗粒对小鼠免疫组能的调节作用。方法将30只8周龄Balb/c健康雄性小鼠随机分为3组,每组10只。正常组(A组)、模型组(B组)灌服蒸馏水,黄芪颗粒组(C组)灌服黄芪颗粒冲剂。给药第10日除A组外,其他2组均皮下注射环磷酰胺(Cy),每日1次,共造模3d,观察黄芪颗粒对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬组能、2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致迟发性超敏反应、鸡红细胞(CRBC)致敏小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响。结果C组小鼠与B组小鼠相比,巨噬细胞吞噬能力提高(P<0.01),DNCB所致迟发性超敏反应增强(P<0.01),血清溶血素抗体水平增加(P<0.01)。结论黄芪颗粒能增强环磷酰胺所致免疫组能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫组能。Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqikeli on immune function of mice. Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups. The mice in A and B group were administrated with distilled water, C group were administrated with Huangqikeli. On the tenth day, all groups except A group were injected with cyclophosphamide to induce the model. The effects on the phagocytic function of Huangqikeli to macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice, delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNCB, and production of hemolysin antibody in mice that CRBC sensitized were observed. Result Compared with immunosuppressive models given distilled water (B group), phagocytic function of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice and delay hypersensitivity leaded by DNCB were enhanced (P〈0.01), the serum level of hemolysin antibody increased in mice given Huangqikeli (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Huangqikeli can strengthen non-specific and specific immunity of mice with low immune function induced by cyclophosphamide.
