妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效,为老年性阴道炎提供更安全、疗效更好的外用中药栓剂。方法:65例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为空白对照组和妇康栓治疗组,每晚阴道上药1粒,连用7天,动态观察患者治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。将所采集到的数据采用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组的愈显率为75.76%,总有效率为96.97%;对照组的愈显率为9.38%,总有效率为46.88%。两组临床疗效有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切,使用安全方便,值得进一步研究。Objective ： To study the clinical cffect of Chinese herbal medicine Fukang Suppository on senile vaginitis, so as to offer the disease a safer and more effective external TCM suppository. Methods： A total of 65 patients suffering from senile vaginitis were divided into blank group, control group and Fukang Suppository treatment group. Patients in the treatment group were given 1 suppository per night for 7 days. Meanwhile, we observed the clinical effects and adverse reactions. All of the collected data were statistically analyzed through SPSS13.0. Results ： In the treatment group, the effective rate was 75.76% and the total efficiency rate was 96. 97%, while in the control group, the effective rate was 9. 38% and the total efficiency rate was 46. 88%. Conclusion： Fukang Suppository is demonstrated to be a safe and effective medicine for senile vaginitis. It is worth further studying.
