摘  要:选择哲蓖3号、哲蓖4号、通蓖5号3个品种的蓖麻种子,采用不同浓度的混合盐碱溶液处理进行发芽试验。结果表明:低浓度盐碱处理能促进蓖麻种子萌发,相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数升高,而高浓度盐碱处理则抑制蓖麻种子萌发,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数下降;低浓度盐碱处理蓖麻子叶中可溶性糖含量升高,高浓度盐碱处理蓖麻子叶中可溶性糖含量降低;3个品种蓖麻种子中,哲蓖3号种子对盐碱胁迫的耐受力强于通蓖5号、哲蓖4号。Three kinds of castor seeds including Zhe Castor 3, Zhe Castor 4 and Tong Castor 5 were treated by different contents of saline alkali solution. And their germination capacity was analyzed. The results indicated that the low content of saline alkali solution was beneficial to seeds germination of castor. Its relative rate of germination, germination potential and germination index of seeds obviously increased. However high content of saline alkali solution depressed seeds germination of castor. Its rate of germination, germination potential and germination index of seeds markedly decreased. The content of soluble sugar in leaves of castor treated by low content of saline alkali solution was increased, but that treated by high content of saline alkali solution was decreased. Compared the saline alkali tolerance of different species, saline alkali tolerance of Zhe Castor 3 was stronger than that of Tong Castor 5 and Zhe Castor 4.
