摘　　要：介绍了SSR分子标记技术的原理、特点、类型及其在玉米遗传图谱的构建、品种纯度鉴定和玉米遗传多样性等育种中的应用。The principle, characteristics and types of SSR markers were introduced. In addition, its application was mainly reviewed in three aspects ineluding the construction of the genetic linkage map, the detection of the purity of variety and the study of the maize genetic diversity.
