摘 要:溶胶-凝胶和浸渍相结合的方法制备锰掺杂WO3-TiO2复合光催化剂,RXD表征,考察WO3和Mn2+掺入量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间及催化剂用量对光催化降解甲基橙的影响。结果表明,500℃焙烧2 h,掺杂量n(Mn2+)∶n(WO3)∶n(TiO2)=0.8∶1∶100时,光催化活性最高,光催化降解甲基橙溶液,120 m in后,降解率达90%,比单纯TiO2的光催化活性提高81%。Mn^2+ doped WO3-TiO2 composite photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel and impregnation method and then characterized by XRD. Experiments of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange were carried out. The effects of amount WO3 and Mn^2+ doped, of calcinations temperature and time on these experiments are studied. The result shows that the performance of Mn^2+ -WO3-TiO2 is the best, when n(Mn2.): n(wo3): n(TiO2) = 0. 8 : 1. 0:100 and the claimed temperature is at 500 ℃. After 120 min, the degradation percentage of methyl orange is 90% , which is 81% higher than the activity of pure TiO2.
