摘　　要：艺术体操规则的演变和技术的飞速发展导致对其本质特征与训练规律的重新认识,在深刻分析本土作战效应双重性的基础上,设计中国艺术体操冲击2008奥运目标的攻略。即把完成创新编排,提高动作规格,确保稳定发挥作为主攻目标;科研工作的保障作用为助攻目标;利用优势资源,强化非训练因素为侧攻目标。The changes of RG regulations and rapidly developing techniques led to a new recognition of RG characteristics and the training rules. On the basis of analyzing the strategies of national competitions;the strategies of competing at the 2008 Olympic Games was made. It was held that the innovative arrangement and high quality of the movements, the assurance of the stable performances should be established as the major goal. Scientific researches should be served as the guarantee. Advantages of factors besides training should be yielded.
