摘 要:采用BF3-CH3OH为衍生化试剂,壬烷作内标,建立了氧氟沙星的气相色谱分析法。氧氟沙星在其质量浓度为1.0~250.0mg/L时,药物与内标物峰面积比和药物浓度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.9988,检出限为10μg/L。该法已成功用于药物制剂与体液中氧氟沙星含量的测定。A new method has been developed for the determination of ofloxacin in pharmaceutical dosage forms and human fluid samples by derivatization gas chromatography. Ofloxacin was esterified by means of BF3-CH3OH and analyzed by GC-FID with HP-FFAP capillary column (25 m×0.20 mm×0.33μm). The calibration curve had good linearity in the range of 1.0~250.0 mg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9988 and the detection limit was 10 μg/L for OFLX. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of OFLX in medicament and human fluid samples.
