氧氟沙星的毛细管气相色谱测定及其应用

摘　　要：采用BF3-CH3OH为衍生化试剂，壬烷作内标，建立了氧氟沙星的气相色谱分析法。氧氟沙星在其质量浓度为1．0～250．0mg／L时，药物与内标物峰面积比和药物浓度呈良好的线性关系，其相关系数为0．9988，检出限为10μg／L。该法已成功用于药物制剂与体液中氧氟沙星含量的测定。A new method has been developed for the determination of ofloxacin in pharmaceutical dosage forms and human fluid samples by derivatization gas chromatography. Ofloxacin was esterified by means of BF3-CH3OH and analyzed by GC-FID with HP-FFAP capillary column （25 m×0.20 mm×0.33μm）. The calibration curve had good linearity in the range of 1.0～250.0 mg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9988 and the detection limit was 10 μg/L for OFLX. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of OFLX in medicament and human fluid samples.
