摘　　要：目前,我国对国家技术创新项目进行的项目前评价较多,而对其经济影响后评价则较少。在对国家技术创新项目进行经济影响后评价的过程中,有很多值得研究的问题,比如评价内容、评价时间、评价范围、评价方法、评价指标等。由于国家技术创新项目是通过产业链对区域经济或国民经济或部门经济产生经济影响的,因此,我们必须在考虑产业链作用的基础上对这些影响项目评价的因素进行分析。Currently,there are more pre-evaluations on projects of the National Technological Innovation Project than the post-evaluations on their economic impact.As a matter of fact,many problems have emerged which need to be studied such as the contents of the evaluation,the time,the area,the methods,and the indexes used in the post-evaluation on the economic impact of the projects.As those projects exert influence on the regional economy,national economy or departmental economy through industrial chains,we need to make an analysis of those factors which affect the project evaluation based on the industrial chain theory.
