摘　　要：植物中有效成分的提取与再研究对充分利用植物资源具有重要意义.罗勒是一种药食两用的唇形科植物,本文就罗勒的有效成分挥发油和粗多糖的抑菌作用做了初步研究.实验结果表明,挥发油和粗多糖对两种供试菌种的生长均表现出抑菌效果,并且不同浓度对两种供试菌生长的抑制作用有着明显的差异.Extraction and restudy on the efficacious components from plants is very important to fully using of the plant resources. Ocium Bbacilicum L. is a kind of medicine-food plant belonging to the Labiatae. This article studied preliminarily on antimicrobial activity of the efficacious components of volatile oil and amylose in Ocium Bbacilicum L. The results indicated that they have antimicrobial activity to two kinds of given bacteria, and different density of them have obviously different inhibiting ability.
