摘 要:用以硅橡胶复合膜为核心的萃取式膜生物反应器对生物香草醛进行了生产分离耦合化的研究。与摇瓶实验相比,在很大程度上消除了产物的抑制和香草醛的氧化损失,丁香油转化率从0.45%提高到1.04%,香草醛在下游萃取液中的最高质量浓度达到了130.10 mg/L,远高于摇瓶实验的11.13 mg/L;活性炭优化后的转化率为1.09%,下游萃取液最高质量浓度为136.48 mg/L,香草醛的HPLC峰面积比为96.77%。Preparation of biovanillin was carried out in a perstractive polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane bioreactor (MBR) to couple its reaction and separation. Compared with shaking flask experiment,the MBR system effectively prevented the product inhibition of the enzyme and vanillin oxidation loss,and the bioconversion rate of clove oil increased to 1.04% from 0. 45%. The maximum vanillin concentration in receiving solution was 130. 10 mg/L which was much higher than 11. 13 mg/ L in the shaking flask experiment. By adding activated charcoal into the bioreactor,the conversion rate was raised to 1.09% ,the maximum vanillin concentration was 136. 48 mg/L in receiving solution,and vanillin amounted to 96. 77% of the total area of the HPLC peaks.
