摘　　要：阐述了基于Struts(一种MVC软件设计模式)和Hibernate框架开发管理系统的原理和过程,并以在线公积金MIS开发为例,阐述了系统的设计和开发过程。该公积金系统被划分为六个功能模块,系统具有先进性、可扩展性和可移植性强等特点。The design and implementation of management system based on Struts （a software design pattern of MVC framework） and Hibernate are described. Taking the development of an accumulation fund-online management information system for example, the paper expatiates on its design and development process. The accumulation fund system which is divided into six modules meets the requirement of advancement, expansibility, and transportability.
