摘　　要：目的探讨庆大霉素诱导急性肾损伤大鼠模型中肾脏热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的分布及表达规律。方法大鼠150只随机分为对照组(A)[注射9g/L盐水4mL/(kg·d)]和实验组B[注射庆大霉素注射液80mg/(kg·d)],实验组C[注射庆大霉素注射液160mg/(kg·d)]。将对照组和实验组分别于注射后6、12、24、36、48h各取10只大鼠剖腹取肾,光镜、电镜下观察肾脏的病理变化,通过免疫组织化学法观察HSP70的表达情况。结果HSP70在肾皮质肾小球周围近曲小管上皮细胞胞浆内分布增加,其表达量在注射后6h已经升高,12h达到高峰,48h仍高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。同一时相点注射160mg/(kg·d)较注射80mg/(kg·d)HSP70表达量高(P<0.01)。结论肾毒性药物早期即可引起肾小管上皮细胞的应激反应,可能与细胞自我保护机制启动有关。Objective To illustrate the expressional distribution of heat shock protein 70（ HSP 70） in the kidney of acute renal injury rats caused by gentamicin. Methods One hundred and fifty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： group A （normal group）, group B [80 mg/（kg ·d） gentamicin to be injected], group C [ 160 mg/（kg·d） gentamicin to be given]. The variations of renal pathology were observed at different time phusess by light scope and electromicroseope. Simultaneously, the expression of HSP 70 in kidney was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. Results HSP 70 distributed in epithelial cells of renal tubular in acute injury rats. The expression of HSP 70 increased markedly from the 6th hour after injection, peaked at the 12th hour and lasted for 48 hours. The expression of HSP 70 in group C was higher than that in group B （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The toxic drag of kidney can cause alarm reaction in epithelial cell of nephric tubulethe in earlier period. Self - protective mechanism of cells may explain it.
