摘　　要：阐述了新形势下地方科技情报工作的新的变化,提出了新形势下实现地方科技情报工作重点转移的具体措施。This paper expounds the new variations of the local sci-tech information work under the new situation, and puts forward some concrete measures for realizing the transformation of the emphases of the local sci-tech information work.
