摘　　要：阐述了我国外商直接投资、产业结构及外贸商品结构的变化,指出要把握当前机遇,优化我国外贸商品结构,推动我国经济的发展。This paper expounds the variation of foreign direct investment, industrial structure and foreign trade commodity structure of our country, and points out that we should grasp the current opportunity, optimize Chinese foreign trade commodity structure, and promot Chinese economic development.
