摘　　要：阐述了科技成果转化的理论,介绍了国内外科技成果转化模式以及山西省主要的科技成果转化模式,并提出了建立适应山西省新经济条件下科技成果转化模式的建议。This paper expounds the theories of the transformation of sci-tech achievements, introduces the domestic and foreign transforming modes of sci-tech achievements and the main transforming modes of sci-tech achievements in Shanxi Province, and advances some suggestions on the transforming modes of sci-tech achievements that are suitable to the new economic conditions of Shanxi Province.
