摘 要:对一系列常用建筑膜材进行了试验研究,主要包括:ETFE、PTFE膜材单向拉伸试验,得到了相应的破坏形态、应力-应变曲线、极限强度和破断延伸率;ETFE、PTFE膜材反复加载试验,得到其在反复荷载下的应力-应变曲线、弹性刚度(弹性模量);PVC/PES背贴焊接缝合试验,得到了应力-应变曲线、背贴条宽度、焊接缝合强度系数;PTFE膜材搭接缝合性能试验,得到应力-应变曲线、搭接宽度、焊缝效率系数.本文成果对膜结构设计具有重要参考价值.A series of experiments have been carried out in this paper for some commonly used architectural membranes. The uni-tension of ETFE and PTFE are first tested. The stress-strain curves, the broken style, the ultimate strength and the broken elongation ratio, are thus obtained for the corresponding membrane. The characteristics of the membrane subjected to the cyclic loading are tested to determine the elastic modulus (elastic stiffness) from the cycling stress-strain curve of ETFE and PTFE. The reasonable widths of backup strip are experimented with the strength factor of the welded seam for a particular kind of PVC/PES. Finally, the various lapped widths of the welded seam are experimented for FiberTop T400 PTFE membrane, and the related strength factor are obtained for comparison. The presented works are valuable to the design of the practical membrane structures.
