摘　　要：针对我国科技期刊编辑人力资源的现状,论述了信息时代科技期刊编辑应具备的素质,提出了培养、吸引和利用好科技期刊编辑人才的对策。According to the present situation of editor resources, the article discusses editors diathesis in an Information Age, measures for developing, attracting and using the editor talents of sci-tech periodical are presented.
