盐酸再生氧化铁粉中硼的来源分析

摘　　要：修定后的SJ/T10383《软磁铁氧体用氧化铁》标准对硼的含量提出非常高的要求,正常情况下氧化铁粉中的硼含量微乎其微。文章中分析、探讨了硼的来源和避免盐酸再生法生产氧化铁粉中硼的含量超标的控制方法。Strict requirement of B content is needed in the modified S J/T10383 standard 《Iron Oxide for. Soft Ferrite》,generally,the content of boron in iron oxide power is limited. This paper analysis and discuss the source of boron and control methods to avoid the content of boron in Iron Oxide of HCI Regeneration exceeding the requirement of standard.
