摘  要:目的:观察He-Ne激光对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬、杀菌和消化功能的影响。方法:用剂量63.7 J/cm2的He-Ne激光照射小鼠神阙穴,照射时间为5d和10d,每天照射5m in。取出腹腔巨噬细胞,①用荧光显微镜观察腹腔巨噬细胞对白色念珠菌的吞噬、杀菌和消化功能。②用透射电镜观察腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构的变化。结果:激光照射组腹腔巨噬细胞对白色念珠菌的吞噬率、吞噬指数、杀菌率和消化率四项指标均较对照组明显增高,有显著性差异(P<0.01),巨噬细胞超微结构呈活化状态。结论:适当剂量的He-Ne激光照射小鼠神阙穴,可激活巨噬细胞功能,提高机体的免疫力。Objective:To investigate the effects of He - Ne laser irradiation on the phagocytosis, bactericidal and digestive percentage of peritoneal macrophages( PMφ ) in mice. Methods: Shenque acupoint of mice abdomen was irradiated by He - Ne laser at the dosage of 63.7J/cm^2 for 5 and 10 days respectively,and 5 minutes each day. (1)The phagocytosis, bactericidal and digestive percentage to Candida albicans of PMφ was observed by means of fluorescence microscopy after acridine orange (AO) staining. (2)Ultrastructural observation of changes of PMφ was performed with transmission electron microscopy. Results: The above mentioned indices of irradiated groups were higher than non - irradiated group with significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). In addition, remarkable changes appeared in the uhrastructure of PMφ in the irradiated group, indicating their activation. Conclusion: He - Ne laser at appropriate dosages can activate macrophages and enhance immunity of organism.
