摘 要:目的:探讨蒙古族儿童过敏性紫癜(AP)的遗传背景及免疫学发病机制,为明确AP的病因学及预后提供免疫学方面的资料。方法:采用分析性研究策略和聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物分型技术(PCR-SSP)对57例内蒙古地区蒙古族儿童过敏性紫癜病人和102例正常蒙古族儿童进行HLA-DRB1等位基因型别分析。结果:HLA-DRB1*110x的基因频率在AP组较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05);HLA-DRB1*120x的基因频率在AP组较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。其它HLA-DRB1等位基因频率在两组间的分布则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:HLA-DRB1*110x与AP的易感性呈正相关,可能是AP的易感基因。HLA-DRB1*120x与AP的易感性呈负相关,可能是AP的保护基因。Objective:To investigate the correlation between polymorphism of HLA- DRB1 alleles and anaphylactoid purpura (AP) of Mongol juvenile patients in order to interpret the genetic basis of susceptibility and immune pathogenesis of AP. Methods:57 Mongol juvenile patients with AP and 102 normal Mongol children controls in Inner Mongolia were tested for the analysis of HLA - DRB1 allelic types by means of PCR - SSP technique. Results: HLA - DRB1 * llOx gene frequency was significantly higher in patients with AP than that in the controls(P 〈0. 05) ;HLA -DRB1 * 120x gene frequency was significantly lower in patients with AP than that in the controls (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no statistical significance in other alleles between the two groups(P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusion: HLA- DRB1 * 1 10x is positive correlated with susceptibility of AP which is probably the susceptible gene of Mongol juvenile patients with AP in Inner Mongolia, and HLA - DRB1 * 120x is negative correlated with that of AP, which is probably the protective gene of AP.
