摘　　要：介绍了自主研制的应用于某雷管装药生产线的自动送药遥控小车,详细说明了遥控小车的自动送药工艺、单片机控制系统、运动电机与翻斗电机的电气控制、与小车协调工作的防护门禁系统以及视频监控系统。该成果经实际使用取得了良好的应用效果。The paper introduces the design of a automatic remote control car, which is used for the charge transport in loading production line of the detonator. Meanwhile, the paper proposes the charge transport process, single-chip processor control system, the electric control of the motion motor and the tipping bucket motor, also the design of the door on-off control system which works coordinated with the automatic remote control car. At the same time, the design of the video frequency supervisory system was put forward. The achievement of scientific research is applied to industry practice successfully.
