摘  要:将电弧超声引入堆焊和热喷涂工艺,进行常规堆焊、等离子喷涂和引入电弧超声技术的对比试验,比较其堆焊层的金相组织、硬度、抗弯性能、冲击韧度和热障涂层的孔隙率、抗热震性能,结果表明:电弧超声的加入能够细化堆焊接头的熔合区组织,降低脆硬倾向,改善堆焊接头的抗弯性能和冲击韧性;由于超声波的空化效应、热效应和机械效应,电弧超声改善了喷涂过程的雾化效果,减小了熔滴的颗粒度和涂层中弥散气孔的尺寸,提高了热障涂层的抗热震性能。试验结果显示了电弧超声技术在堆焊和热喷涂领域的广阔应用前景。Arc-ultrasonic was successfully induced in the process of overlaying welding and thermal spraying. The contrastive experiments of conventional welding, thermal spraying and arc-ultrasonic process were carried out. The corresponding metallurgical structure, hardness, bend tests and impact toughness of overlay metal, and porosity, anti-heat shock performance of coating were analyzed. The results show arc-ultrasonic can refine the grain in fusion area, reduce its brittleness and hardness and improve the impact toughness of overlay metal. At the same time, the effects of ultrasonic such as cavitation effect, mechanical effect, improved the atomization effect during spraying process, effectively reduced the granularity of melting droplet and improved its uniformity, increased the anti-heat shock performance of coating. These results show a wide application foreground of arc -ultrasonic in overlaying welding and thermal spraying fields.
