医学模式发展对医院建筑环境、功能的影响

摘　　要：“以人为本”、“以病人为中心”是生物、心理、社会医学模式的核心。医院建筑环境与功能必须满足医学模式发展与变化的需求。“人性化”规划、设计,“人性化”改扩新建是医学模式对医院建筑客观发展的要求。现代医学模式的发展,反映出现代医院建筑是以其特有的物质载体形象,综合反映人类医疗活动的文化内涵和社会文化心理,并以自己独特的文化特征存在于社会生活中。＂Take people as base＂ and ＂take patient as the center＂ are the core of biological, psychic, and social medical model.The environment and function of the hospital＇ s buildings must satisfy with the requirement of development and changing of medical model. ＂Human nature＂ programming, designing, and ＂human nature＂ reforming and expending the buildings are the requirements of objective development of medical model to hospital＇ s buildings.The development of modern medical model reflects that the modern hospital＇ s buildings synthetize reflects cultural connotation of the human medical action and social and cultural psychic by its typical image of material carrier, and exist in the social life by distinct culture characters.
