补气养血方药对环磷酰胺诱发的微核的抑制作用

摘　　要：本文在补气单味药抗变实验研究的基础上，以人外周血淋巴细胞为材料，以微核（ＭＮ）为指标，对补气养血方药继续实验。结果表明，补血方药、圣逾汤、八珍汤、十全大补汤、养容汤这五种补气养血方药除了养容汤的剂量组Ⅰ外其余对环磷酰胺诱发的微核均有抑制作用。The experiment was based on the studies of antimutation of qi tonics,taking micronucleus(MN)as the sign of antimutation and the peripheral blood lymphocyte of human body in vitro as the experimental material.The result shows that five kinds of prescriptions of supplementing Qi and Nourishing blood have the effect of inhibitation on MN induced by CPP.
