摘　　要：在对中国纺织服装产业近几年遭遇发展中国家反倾销的现状进行分析的基础上,分析了发展中国家对我国纺织服装产业反倾销的原因,并就我国如何应对发展中国家反倾销的策略进行了简要阐述.On the basis of analysing the current anti-dumping situation of Chinese textile and clothing industry, the paper analysed the reasons of anti-dumping from developing countries, and brought out appropriate measures China should adopt when confronting the anti-dumping from the above countries.
