摘　　要：介绍了“链接”化学(Click Chemistry)的产生背景、基本概念、反应特点及类型,综述了近年来“链接”化学作为一种新型的组合合成方法在合成先导化合物库、标记蛋白质及DNA等方面的应用,并对“链接”化学的发展前景作了展望。In this review, the background and basic concepts of click chemistry are introduced, and also the specific features of click chemistry and some classic examples of click chemistry are presented. As a new type of synthetic method, click chemistry has been used in synthesizing lead discovery libraries, profiling protein in vivo and labeling DNA and so on. At last, the possible future of click chemistry is reviewed.
