“T”形硅胶管在喉气管狭窄整复术中的应用

摘　　要：１９８３年以来对４２例由各种原因所致的喉气管狭窄病人应用“Ｔ”形硅胶管进行扩张治疗。病人年龄９～５７岁。男３３例，女９例。经过随访拔管后气道通畅者３８例，成功率为９０．５％。认为“Ｔ”形管在维持喉气管通畅中是一种简便可靠的方法。其优点为易插入，不影响外观，易护理，不损伤喉气管功能。Abstract Forty two patients with laryngotracheal stenosis caused byvarious reasons were treatedwith safe insertion of tracheal silicone T-tube since l98.They ranged in age from 9 to 57years,33 males and 9 females.Our results indicate that the silicone tracheal T-tube is a sim-ple and reliable method of maintaining the laryngotracheal airway,The use of silicone T-tubehas following advantages:easy insertion ,inconspicuousness,convenient care,and mainte-nance of laryngeal and tracheal functions. We have obtained 90. 5 per cent(38/42) improve-ment. After removal of T-tube by stages,the airway was established.
