摘  要:目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在颈椎后纵韧带中的表达水平及在骨化发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,对30例骨化颈椎后纵韧带标本进行bFGF和TNF-α检测,与40例正常颈椎后纵韧带标本进行对照,再利用SPSS10.0行FISHER精确检验,分析有无统计学意义。结果:正常对照组bFGF表达10例阳性,30例阴性,阳性率25%;颈椎后纵韧带骨化组bFGF表达24例阳性,6例阴性,阳性率80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常对照组TNF-α表达32例阳性,8例阴性,阳性率80%;颈椎后纵韧带骨化组TNF-α表达10例阳性,20例阴性,阳性率33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:bFGF的异常高表达和TNF-α的低表达促进了颈椎后纵韧带骨化的发生,这两种因子的异常表达在该病发病机制中有重要作用。Objective: To investigate the expression and function of bFGF and TNF-α in the ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL) of the cervical spine. Methods: Thirty specimens and 40 normal controls were used in this study. The immunohistochemical method (SABC) was applied to determine the expression levels of bFGF and TNF-α. SPSS(version 10.0) software was used to analyze the data. Results: Ten specimens of normal posterior longitudinal ligaments were positive for bFGF (25%) and twenty-four specimens with COPLL were positive for bFGF (80%). Thirty-two specimens of normal posterior longitudinal ligaments were positive for TNF-α(80% ) and ten specimens with COPLL were positive for TNF-α (33.3%). There was a significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: The expression of bFGF in patients with COPLL is higher than that in normal postefor longitudinal ligaments( P 〈 0,05), High expression of bFGF and low expression of TNF-α play an important role in the pathogenesis of COPLL.
