腰椎椎弓峡部裂的影像学特征

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎椎弓峡部裂与椎间小关节在横断图像上的影像学特征。方法:收集腰腿痛病人729例,经X光与CT检查,显示不清者做椎弓头倾角扫描。结果:729例病人中X光对于不伴有椎体滑脱的椎弓峡部裂的检出率约为0.68%,对于有椎体滑脱的椎弓峡部裂检出率约2.79%。CT对于不伴有椎体滑脱的椎弓峡部裂检出率达10%。结论:对椎弓峡部裂CT扫描是一个可靠的手段,反角度扫描可以将椎弓峡部裂与椎间小关节同时清晰地展示于一个层面,有利于对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断。Objective：To discuss the axial image characters of spondyloschisis from vertebral articulations is the purpose of this article. Methods：729 clinic patients who suffer from low back pain had vertebral X -ray and had reverse gantry CT picture if necessary. Results： from the 729 clinic patients X - ray find the spondyloschisis with no spondylolisthesis was O. 68%, with spondylolithesis was2.79%. CT found the spondyloschisis with no spondylolisthesis was 10%. Conclusion：CT was a reliable method at diagnosis of spondyloschisis , which can show the same lay of spondyloschisis from vertebral and small vertebral arthrosis clearly , and help to differentiate diagnoses.
