摘 要:由于海上稠油油田开发的特殊性,聚合物驱技术的应用面临着挑战和风险。根据渤海稠油油藏的特点,利用聚合物驱数值模拟软件研究了缔合聚合物驱提高采收率效果的主要影响因素,包括注入参数、油层非均质性、地层原油粘度、注入时机、井网井距等,并将得到的规律性认识和结论用于指导渤海稠油油田聚合物驱现场试验。结合单井聚合物驱试验的经验教训,对SZ36-1油田开展了五点法井组聚合物驱现场试验,目前已显示出良好的降水增油态势,表明聚合物驱提高采收率技术在渤海稠油油田具有良好的应用前景。There are challenges and risks in applying the technology of polymer flooding to offshore heavy oil development because of the development particularity. In term of the characteristics of Bohai heavy oil fields, a set of numerical simulation software is used to analyze major factors to make impacts on recovery-enhancing effects of associated polymer flooding, including injection parameters, reservoir heterogeneity, crude viscosity, injection time and well pattern ga spacing, etc. The conclusions derived from this analysis have been used to guide field testing of polymer flooding in Bohai heavy oil fields. Based on the results from polymer flooding in individual well, a five-spot pattern polymer flooding has been tested in main pays of SZ 36-l oilfield, which has shown a quite good trend of water reducing and oil increasing. It is therefore indicated that there is good promise for wide application of the technology of polymer flooding in offshore heavy oil fields.
