摘 要:将工业试验测试与数值仿真方法相结合,以ANSYS软件为主要开发工具,建立有限元模型对300kA石墨化阴极铝电解槽的电-热场进行计算分析,并与测试结果进行了比较和讨论。研究表明,石墨化阴极炭块内温度梯度相对普通阴极更小,温度分布更加均匀;配合使用碳化硅侧块能增强电解槽散热能力,可以有效加强大型预焙槽的散热。The combining method of industrial test and numerical simulation were utilized to study the electrothermal fields of 300 kA aluminum electrolysis cell with graphitized cathode. A custom code was developed to model the physic fields based on the commercial code ANSYS, and the calculated result has been compared and discussed with the measurements. It was shown that the temperature gradient in the graphitized cathode is lower than that of average cathode and the cell will possess better performance when combined with side lining of SiC.
