摘 要:目的探索大鼠初级听皮层神经元的兴奋性频率反应域的特征。方法应用细胞外记录方法,用钨丝微电极记录大鼠初级听皮层神经元的单位放电活动,并用Brainware分析软件采集得到该神经元的频率-强度反应域即兴奋性频率反应域。结果在大鼠初级听皮层共记录到106个神经元的单位放电活动,其最佳频率的范围从2~45kHz。根据神经元的兴奋性频率反应域形状的不同可将它们分为6类:U型(29.5%),V型(20%),低尾高锐型(19%),封闭型(15%),低频倾斜型(7.5%),多峰型(9%)。结论大鼠初级听皮层神经元的兴奋性频率反应域具有多种类型,而不同的兴奋性频率反应域的形成机制可能相同。Objective To investigate the characteristics of frequency response areas of neurons in the primary auditory cortex. Methods Extracellular multi-unit activities were recorded in the primary auditory cortex of the rats with tungsten microelectrodes. The frequency-intensity response areas were acquired and analyzed by the Brainware software. Results We recorded totally 106 neurons' activities from 15 SD rats. Their best frequencies ranged from 2 kHz to 45 kHz. According to the shape of the excitatory frequency response areas ( eFRA), we could classify them into 6 classes, that is, U-shaped (29.5%), V-shaped (20%), lower-tailedupper-sharp (19%), circumscribed (15%), slant-lower (7.5%) and multi-peaked (9%). Conclusion The shapes of the excitatory frequency response areas of the neuron in the primary auditory cortex are various and might result from the same mechanisms.
