人早期胚中CD20阳性细胞的免疫组织化学定位

摘　　要：目的 探索CD20阳性细胞在人早期胚中的分布及意义。方法 用免疫组织化学SP法对10例6—7周人早期胚内CD20阳性细胞进行定位观察。结果 1．CD20阳性细胞局限于人早期胚肝内；2．在人胚肝内，CD20阳性颗粒主要局限于B细胞的细胞核内，呈不均质的颗粒状分布，细胞质和细胞膜呈阴性反应。结论 在人早期胚内，CD20定位于肝内的B细胞，并分布在细胞核内；该研究结果为深入探讨CD20阳性细胞的功能和作用机制提供了重要线索。Objective To investigate the distribution and significance of CD20 positive ceils in the early human embryo. Methods Distribution and morphology of CD20 positive ceils in 10 specimens of human embryo aged from 6 to 7 weeks were brown, and studied with method. Results 1. CD20 positive ceils appeared in the liver of early human embryo.2. The immunohistochemical positive substances were brown, and found chiefly in the nuclei of B ceils as unevenly- distributed granules, and were not detected in the cytoplasma and on the ceil membrane. Conclusion The accuracy of location and distribution of CD20 positive cells in the nuclei of B ceils of early human embryo liver may provide an important clue for further exploration of the functional mechanism of CD20 in the process of B cell proliferation and differentiation.
