摘  要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对眼球异物的检出和定位价值。材料和方法:对35只眼(39枚异物)行多层螺旋CT扫描和立体定位,并以术中异物位置为“金标准”,评价多层螺旋CT对眼球异物的检出和立体定位的准确率。结果:39枚眼球异物中,多层螺旋CT检出35枚,并准确定位,检出率为90%,准确定位率为100%;4枚位于眼球前部的非金属异物未检出,漏诊率为10%。结论:多层螺旋CT是检出并准确定位眼球异物较好的影像检查和定位方法。Purpose: To evaluate the clinic application of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in Detection and localization for intraocular foreign bodies. Materials and Methods: Thirty-five traumatic eyes with intraocular foreign bodies were examed and localized by MSCT. The results were evaluated, compared with the golden standard (the locations of the foreign bodies in the operation) . Results: Of 39 intraocular foreign bodies, 35 were detected, which were localized by MSCT, and the detective accuracy rate was 90%, and location accuracy rate was 100%. Four non-metal foreign bodies were not found,which located at the anterior ocular part, and the misdiagnostic rate was 10%. Condusion: MSCT is a better imaging method to detect and localize introcular foreign bodies accurately.
