刚察县高原型藏羊血清脂酶多态性的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对刚察县47只高原型藏羊血清酯酶(ES)的多态性进行了研究。结果发现:①被检高原型藏羊的ES存在ESA和ESa两种表型,以ESA为优势表型(87.23%);②ESA和ESa分别为0.6426和0.3574;③ES位点上的基因杂合度为0.4593,有效等位基因数为1.8495,基因均质度指数为0.0814;④被检高原型藏羊的ES表型频率和基因频率没有性别差异。47 Plateau type of Tibetan-sheep in Gangcha county were used to investigate the polymorphism of serum esterase（ES） by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate. The results were as follows：（1）There were both ES A and ES a phenotypes on the locus of serum esterase in plateau type of Tibetan- sheep examined and the ES A type was a preponderance phenotype（ 87.23 % ）. （2）The frequencies of ES^A and ES^A alleles were 0.6426 and 0.3574 respectively. （3）The gene heterozygosity, the number of effective allele and the gene homozygosity index were 0. 4593, 1. 8495 and 0. 0814, respectively. （4）There was not the significant difference between the male and female sheep in the characters of polymorphism on the locus of serum esterase of plateau type of Tibetan-sheep examined.
