关于构建山西农业科研信息化平台的思考

摘　　要：构建山西农业科研信息化平台,就是要建立一个集农业科研信息资源共享、农业科研活动协同、农业科研管理信息化于一体的山西农业科研网络化环境,改进农业科研的手段和方法,促进科学数据和仪器设备的共享。目前,山西农业科研信息化平台建设中亟待解决的问题是提高信息主体意识,加大投入力度、加强信息资源建设和加强技术人员的培养。随着山西农业科研信息化平台建设步伐的进一步加快,必将全面提升山西农业科技创新能力,促进山西农业科技进步和农业发展。Building a platform of IT application in Shanxi agricultural research information is to make Shanxi agricultural research network with information resources sharing, cooperate scientific research activities and make IT application in management information, improve research measurements and promote sharing of scientific data and equipment. At present, the problems in building a platform of IT application in Shanxi agricultural research information are to raise information consciousness, increase output, strengthen information resources building and technicians culturing. Along with quickly building the platform of IT application in Shanxi agricultural research information, the innovation ability of Shanxi agricultural scicences and technologies will be raised entirely to promote Shanxi agricultural sciences and technologies advancement and agricultural development
